خداوندِ کریم کو بہت کام ہیں، اُس نے پوری دنیا کی پرورش و دیکھ بھال کرنی ہے، وہ یوگنڈا کے حقما کے لئے ہمہ وقتی توجہ کیوں فرماے گا؟

حالتِِ جنگ میں کوی کسی دوسرے کو  اپنے گھر تک محدود رہنے کو نہیں کہتابلکہ سب اپنی مرضی سے گھر تک محدود ہو جاتے ہیں۔ اور گھر کے اندر کوی تہہ خانہ ہو تو جنگ کے خاتمے تک وہاں روپوش ہو جاتے ہیں۔

جنگی حالات میں اصرار شحص آذادی پر نہیں بلکہ ’بچ جانا‘  ترجیحِ اولیں ہوتا ہے ۔ لوگ بھوک اور خوراک کی تنگی کی شکائت نہیں کرتے ہیں بلکہ دعا کرتے رہتے ہیں کہ محفوظ رہیں ۔

 حالتِ جنگ میں لوگ کاروبار پر نہیں  بلکہ زندہ رہنے پر اصرار کرتے ہیں۔ اس یقین اور دعا کے ساتھ کہ زندہ رہے تو کاروبار پھر چل پڑے گا (اس دوران اگر لوٹ نہ لیا گیا ہو یا کسی بم کا نشانہ نہ بن گیا ہو)۔

 دورانِ جنگ لوگ ہر نئے دن پر اللہ کے شکر گذار ہوتے ہیں کہ آج بھی بچ گئے۔ درایں حالت یہ شکوہ نہیں ہوتا کہ بچوں کے سکول بند ہیں بلکہ دعا ہوتی ہے کہ سکول کوی ایسا مرکز نہ بن جائیں جہاں بچوں کو زبردستی  بھرتی کر کے جنگ میں دھکیل دیا جاے۔

 پوری دنیا اس وقت ایک جنگ لڑ رہی ہے۔ ایسی جنگ جہاں نہ توپ کی ضرورت ہے نہ بارود کی۔ جس میں انسانی سپاہ نہیں اور جس کی کوی باونڈری نہیں۔  کوی جنگ بندی سمجھوتہ نہیں۔ جس میں نہ کوی جنگی آپریشن دفتر ہے اور نہ کوی مقدس جگہ۔

 یہ جنگ لڑنے والی فوج رحم سے ناآشنا ہے اور انسانی مہربانی و ہمدردی سے اسے کوی تعلق نہیں۔ یہ کوی امتیاز نہیں کرتی۔ بچے، بوڑھے، مرد و زن ، عبادت گاہیں ۔۔۔ کسی میں نہیں۔

اسے نہ مالِ غنمت میں دلچسپی ہے نہ حکومتیں گرانے میں۔نہ مادی وسائل  نہ معدنی ذخائر اس کا مطمع نظر۔نہ ہی اس کی کوی مذہبی پھیلاو،نسلی تفاخر اور نظریاتی سیادت و غلبہ کی خواہشات ہیں ۔

یہ ایک  انتہای پھرتیلی، غیر مرئی ، ظالمانہ طور پر پر اثر فوج ہے۔ اس کا واحد ایجنڈا موت ہے۔ اس کی تسلی دینا کو موت کی وادی میں تبدیل کرنے میں ہے۔ اور اس میں کسی کو شک نہیں ہونا چاہیئے کہ یہ اپنا ہدف حاصل کر سکتی ہے ۔

اس کو نہ بر چاہیئے، نہ فضا اور نہ بحر، لیکن پھر بھی اس کے اڈے دنیا کے ہر ملک میں موجود ہیں۔ اس کی حرکات و سکنات کسی جنگی قانون کے تابع  نہیں  کیونکہ یہ خود قانون ہے۔ 

یہ سماجی  اور جسمانی دور ی  کے مقابلے میں پنپ نہیں سکتی۔ اس کو جلا بخشتی ہے قربت جس کی محبت میں یہ چمٹ جاتی ہے۔ 

اجتماعی شعور اور سماجی اور جسمانی دوری کے سامنے یہ ہتھیار ڈال دیتی ہے 

 صفائ اور ذاتئ طہارت کے مقابلے  مین یہ پسپائ پر مجبور ہو جاتی ہے۔

 یہ بے یار و مددگار ہو جاتی ہے جب لوگ اپنا مقدر اپنے ہاتھوں میں لے لیتے ہیں ۔ ۔ ۔ بار بار ہاتھ دھونے سے اور جراثیم کُش کریم لگانے سے۔

Uganda President KAGUTA MUSEVENI warns against people misbehaving during this COVID-19 period, "God has a lot of work, He has the whole world to look after. He cannot just be here in Uganda looking after idiots...". Below is his reported statement.

"In a war situation, nobody asks anyone to stay indoors. You stay indoors by choice. In fact, if you have a basement, you hide there for as long as hostilities persist. During a war, you don't insist on your freedom. You willingly give it up in exchange for survival. During a war, you don't complain of hunger. You bear hunger and pray that you live to eat again

During a war, you don't argue about opening your business. You close your shop (if you have the time) and run for your life. You pray to outlive the war so that you can return to your business (that's if it has not been looted or destroyed by mortar fire.

During a war, you are thankful to God for seeing another day in the land of the living. During a war, you don't worry about your children not going to school. You pray that the government does not forcefully enlist them as soldiers to be trained in the school premises now turned military depot.

The world is currently in a state of war. A war without guns and bullets. A war without human soldiers. A war without borders. A war without cease-fire agreements. A war without a war room. A war without sacred zones.

The army in this war is without mercy. It is without any milk of human kindness. It is indiscriminate - it has no respect for children, women, or places of worship. This army is not interested in the spoils of war. It has no intention of regime change. It is not concerned about the rich mineral resources underneath the earth. It is not even interested in religious, ethnic, or ideological hegemony. Its ambition has nothing to do with racial superiority. It is an invisible, fleetfooted, and ruthlessly effective army.

Its only agenda is a harvest of death. It is only satiated after turning the world into one big death field. Its capacity to achieve its aim is not in doubt. Without a ground, amphibious and aerial machines, it has bases in almost every country of the world. Its movement is not governed by any war convention or protocol. In short, it is a law unto itself. It is a Coronavirus. Also known as COVID-19 (because it announced its destructive presence and intention in the year of our Lord 2019)

Thankfully, this army has a weakness and it can be defeated. It only requires our collective action, discipline, and forbearance. COVID-19 cannot survive social and physical distancing. It only thrives when you confront it. It loves to be confronted. It capitulates in the face of collective social and physical distancing. It bows before good personal hygiene. It is helpless when you take your destiny in your own hands by keeping them sanitized as often as possible.

This is not a time to cry about bread and butter like spoilt children. After all, the Holy book tells us that man shall not live by bread alone. Let's obey and follow the instructions of the authorities. Let's flatten the COVID-19 curve. Let's exercise patience. Let's be our brothers' keeper. In no time, we shall regain our freedom, enterprise, and socializing."

چل دیئے سوے حرم کوے بتاں سے مومن

جب دیا رنج بتوں نے تو خدا یاد آیا 

 تجھے نجات نہیں لیکن تیرے مردود بدن کو عبرت  ضرور بناوں گا

میں غنی ہوں تم فقیر ہو، میں جب چاہوں تمھیں نیست و نابود کر دوں، بدل دوں ایسے لوگوں  سے جو تم سے بہتر ہوں

ہو سکتا ہے پھر ہو سکتا ہے، کبھی بھی، کہیں بھی ۔ ۔ ۔ ایک کُن سے ؛ ایک نہ نظر آنے والی مخلوق کے گن سے

کرونا ووہان میں شروع ہوا تو کسی نے اسے چینی بیماری کہا، کسی نے ہانکی، "ہم چین نہیں ہیں"، اور کسی نے کہا،"ہاتھوں میں ہاتھ دو ۔ انجواے" ۔ ۔ ۔چین لڑتا رہا،لوگ مرتے رہے اور دنیا بھر کے نیرُو بانسریاں بجاتے رہے۔ چین اپنے اقدامات کی حد تک تو سرخرو ہوا، لیکن جنگ ابھی جاری ہے ۔۔ رہے 
باقی تو معلق ہیں کہ ’ہُن کی کرئیے‘?۔

اور ہم نے جو رسول بھی بھیجا تو اسی لئے بھیجا کہ اللہ کریم کے حکم سے اس کی اطاعت کی جاے اور اگر وہ جبکہ انھوں نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم ڈھایا، تو رسول کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوتے اور خدا سے معافی مانگتے اور رسول بھی اُن کے لئے معافی مانگتے تو وہ اللہ کریم کو بڑا توبہ قبول کرنے والا اور مہربان پاتے۔ النسا۔64

کہ ’جاننے‘ کے لئے ’ کاوش‘  نہایت ضروری ہے۔

اور یہ کہ ’جاننا‘ کسی ’جاننے‘ والے سے ہی ممکن ہے۔

اور جاننے کے لئے ’صبر اور شرائط و ضوابط کی پابندی لازم‘ ورنہ سارا سلسلہ رک سکتا ہے۔ 

آمین بجاہِ خاتم النبیین، رحمتہ العالمین ﷺ

لوگوں سے خیانت سے اپنا دامن پاک رکھو کیونکہ لوگوں سے خیانت اللہ اور رسول سے خیانت ہے۔

کائنات کے سنورنے کے لئے ‘اقرا’ بہت ضروری ہے۔ 

فاران کی چوٹی پر پہلا یزدانی پیغام  ‘اقرا’ ہی  کی گونج تھی۔ 

جس نے ‘اقرا’ کو وردِ جان اور افعال و احسان میں ڈھال لیا وہ فلاح پا گیا، زمین و زماں اُس کے دست نگر ہو گئے۔ 

اور جس نے ‘اقرا’ کو طاقِ نسیاں پہ رکھ دیا وہ برباد ہوا یہاں بھی اور وہاں بھی۔

کیسے ظالم ہیں یہ  “راندہِ اقرا” کہ نہ ان کی درندگی سے اقرا بچتی ہےاور نہ ہی کائنات۔ 

نہ خوفِ خدا اِن کو دامن گیر ہوتا ہے ، نہ احساسِ گناہ، نہ ادراکِ موت اور نہ صوتِ ضمیر۔ 

ان نہنگوں نے تباہ کر دیا ہے سب اقدار کو ، روند ڈالا ہے ہر معیار کو۔ 

حشر و نشر میں تو ذلتِ دائمی اِن کا مقدر لیکن یہاں مخلوقِ خدا ان  کے شرِ خنزیرانہ سے ذلیل و تباہ حال۔

Pakistani Rulers (Civ/Mil) starting from GM-Sikandar Mirza duo down to present dispensation have displayed a conspicuous tendency to go for 'PERSONAL COMFORT/LIKING and TRACTABILITY of the selected Men/Women' while making the appointments of Heads of the Institutions, Members of the Cabinet and other Constitutional/Administrative bodies, conveniently sacrificing Seniority, Neutrality, Merit and the Best National Interest ... (Often regretting the decisions later on).

Appointing Authority consciously/sub c wants  selectees to be ever obedient, pliant and obliged, forgetting that they have a responsibility towards their Institutions. When 'For-Granted' sense makes the Chooser transgress the lines, reality dawns and self created phantoms start setting ... result - confrontations.    

In the case of Service Heads, it is pertinent to note that whatever their seniority amongst the contenders, they are top of the line professionals because the system of progression in the Armed Forces is very transparent, highly objective and totally merit based ... (Exceptions may be there but exceptions are never a rule).

GPM was a military professional par excellence right through his brilliant career. He was accessible, readily mixing with his subordinates (at time going way beyond...) with enormous camaraderie. He might not have been very ambitious because his penchant for 'Recreational Activities'  could put him in trouble which I am certain, must have been the case. 

After premature retirement of GJK, he was preferred over two equally brilliant commanders who preceded him in seniority. Not going into the details of 'Falling-Off', his deposition while he was in the air after an official visit to Sri Lanka put the Army Command in a quandary ... Options were:-

1.  To let him die a death of helplessness along with other passengers as the plane carrying him was running out of fuel and the orders were, 'NOT TO LET IT LAND', or allow diversion of the air craft to an enemy airport.   
2. To act and save the precious lives and head of their Institution. 

The then Army High Command went for the second option... and ...  that entire action was declared Kosher by the Highest Court of the Land. Question is what do the Paras 55 and 56 of the present verdict do with that SCP Decision?

All Pillars are important, therefore, Lines have to be refreshed and if required redefined. Areas of Operations with limits reviewed. No transgression, no interference. Merit based appointments. Accountability supervised performances. Transparent actions and voluntary admissions.  Evaluation and scrutiny incorporated actions. Polarisation must end. Corrupt practices be buried. Old is gold but it may be time to give way to new so political leadership must automatically retire/be replaced after eight to ten years. FairPlay, Values and Respect be the hallmark ...

• Highly revered and honest to the bones honourable Chief Justice Iftikhar Ch (Retd) under whose charge the treason case was registered had no personal axe to grind against the hence incapacitated Commander In Chief of the Pakistan Armed Forces?

• Ruling Party of 2013 and Judiciary was not driven by any streak of vengeance/vendetta and that due process of the law took place as per the Quranic Injunctions, ".... and DO NOT LET THE HATRED OF A PEOPLE PREVENT YOU FROM BEING JUST ... AL-MAIDA [5] : 8.?

• The Constitutional Violation committed on November 3 2007 was bigger than any other violation since 1950s?

• Will something happen to 'Abettors' in this case and other Violators starting from Ghulam Muhammad, Sikandar Mirza, along with indemnifying Judges wearing the Gown of Doctrine of Necessity from Munir to Ifthikhar Ch (all others included? 

• What about the politicians who joined hands with the Violators and sucked the last ounce of blood from the economic veins of the country from ...1958 to 2007?

• 'JUSTICE IS CONSCIENCE' - what about hundreds sitting in the August Houses and Revered Offices of the country WHO WERE WITH THE ACCUSED? 

They definitely are seeing but are they SUPERVISING too, the unhinging of the Values of Life in the Life-Less Society? 

Are they waiting to act when everything good is torn apart by the lawless misadventures of the influentials? 

Are they in a state of DENIAL, INERTIA or DELIBERATE INDIFFERENCE?

Favouritism, selective justice, and expediencies of any kind. Application of Law must be FOR ALL and not for the down trodden of the society only.

Four-Tiered Education System be abolished immediately. Curriculum be devised which asks the student to think, infer and evolve ... TO BE A COMPASSIONATE HUMAN BEING, TRUE MUSLIM and PATRIOTIC PAKISTANI. 

Whimsical and Merit-Hating Selection System for induction of the operators of the State Apparatus. Merit only shall grant the courage to act swiftly and be a State-Servant and not of some DON. 

{Pity the Dictators who were product of THE BEST selection system of the country (hardly few hundreds out of thousands top of the line applying youth get the recommendation for induction) but when it came to them to select the future rulers of the country, they fell for sycophancy, personal lust to preserve, comfort to prevail and hence unleashed the corrupt on the hapless nation.}

Decades before Lincoln became president, he was a Captain leading a Company in Black Hawk War in 1832. His performance was so lacklustre that by end of the War he was demoted to his rightful place - A Simple Soldier. He, however, had one quality ... TO LEARN ... and a failed army captain he might have been but his pursuit to learn made him into one of the finest US Presidents (and Commander In Chief of the Forces) of all time.
