Friends, this second decade 0f 21st Century has really been trend-setting ... So much has happened, so much has changed ... We may take decades to be where we want/ought to be, but monumental changes have occurred ... Quietly, without fanfare but history altering ... A long list ... to name only a few:-
- The peaceful transition of power from one party to another.
- The (almost) collapse of rural/urban/cosmopolitan terror infrastructure attained through Gigantic Sacrifices and Himalayan Tenacity by the Forces.
- Unprecedented restraint exercised by the Armed Forces ... ... (in the face of Temptations, Extreme Provocation, and Unnecessary/Unwarranted Drag)
- Highly proactive Judiciary under one IC and then to the present day Ice Cold Maturity.
- Panama the Launchpad, JIT the Exceptional and Judiciary the Epitome of Resolve/Evenhandedness.
- Some sustained Voices against the Vices, free from the Fear of Consequences of any sort/magnitude.
Conversely, a whole lot of Injustices, Brutalities, Plunder, Murders (Of innocent People. Morals, Law, and Land) also stained this period ... But ... Slowly yet Certainly ... THE GRIND IS ON ...
