We humans are the most dynamic, and extremely diverse creation of Allah Karim; a single-stemmed blossoming tree with foliage of vastly different colour, creed and characteristics. There are people in this world who are overwhelmed by the slightest irritant and evaporate ... And then there are those who are unflinching against the heaviest odds, personal pain, failing health and falling energies. They keep smiling, keep going, keep helping ... They are really good at faking their pain and sorrow for happiness..
There is a ‘son-like’ FRIEND ... full of LIFE, LOVE and LOYALTY. .. Cherishes the Charity work across the Globe ... A man for all Occasions and Seasons ... I am noting with great concern that he is not keeping well ... he is young, vibrant and 'ready to go' always ... but his health needs total evaluation and care .. Sincerity of Purpose keeps him rolling which is taking a definite toll ... He is in constant pain and agony ... AND DENIAL.
Noteworthy it is that those who don't show their suffering and insecurities doesn't mean that they don’t have them. They are just strong enough to hide.. Pursuits, People and Performance are more important to them then self ... An ‘EVER-READY’ brand.
So my advice to all friends is KEEP DOING GOOD BUT DO NOT NEGLECT YOUR-SELF, DO NOT HARBOUR DENIAL ... CAUSE ... DENIAL IS A PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITION WITH A GENUINE POTENTIAL TO KILL. Keep smiling, do good, but TAKE-CARE ... We all have definite obligations towards Self, Surroundings, Services, Family, Friends and Future ...
So take a break from the routine ... delve into genuine self and soul searching .... YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU LOVE ... ONLY ... IF YOU STAY AROUND ... THERE ARE EXPERTS WHO CAN HELP ... GET THEIR ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS and PRESCRIPTION ..
