AKHTAR N JANJUA

Allah created humans from a male and a female and made into tribes and nations for identification. However the most righteous is the most honoured. No Arab has any superiority over a non-Arab nor is a White any way better than a Black. All created beings are the decendants of Adam and existence of Adam sprang from dust. hence all claims to superiority and greatness, all demands for blood or ransom and all false traits or trends of rule are false.

THE CORRUPTION CANYON !

Salam & Duaien

Just read few pages from the  'Journal of Democracy'.  The 'sunk in material' pretty much sums up the CORRUPTION CANYON we find ourselves in ... It is, however, not EXCLUSIVE; Autocracies and Democracies (most) are neck-deep in the swampland of 'NO HOLDS BARRED' Lust and Greed. Amazingly it says that:
Many of the countries that do 'corruption' are electoral democracies and STATE CAPTURE for plundering state resources is the favoured domain of Rulers.
It emphasis that Democratization is increasingly producing a new type of regime ...
One in which Rulers who monopolize power and treat the state as their own patrimony allow succession only to those competing political rivals that excell in corrupt practices ... a COMPETITIVE PARTICULARISM. In these societies, ethical universalism fails to take hold as the main rule of the game, and winners of the political process, in their turn, TREAT THE STATE AS THE MAJOR SOURCE OF SPOILS, FEEDING OFF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES THAT THEY CONVINENTLY DIVERT TOWARD THEMSELVES.
Violent power grabbing practices result in Corrupt Politics and Rigged Elections. The allocation of public resources is unfair; graft/commission seeking is common;
THE RULE OF LAW IS PARTIAL AT BEST (THOSE IN POWER ARE ABOVE THE LAW); and THE STATE IS PERCEIVED AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR THE SPOILATION OF THE MANY AND THE ENRICHMENT OF THE FEW.
Looks pretty familiar ????
