GOINGS-ON - 8 .... !

Salam and Duaien !

{Just few days more and we shall turn a new leaf in our lives ... THE ADVENT OF 2016 ...... Lets pray that it is different than its PREDECESSORS ...... I wish every one a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR .... May it have in its lap, TRUTH, TRANSPARENCY, JUSTICE,  EQUALITY, PROSPERITY and PEACE.}

Life, is a race and its spectacles swamp Pakistan like the 'sustained downpour of پوہ POH' the coldest month of Bikrami Calendar .....:

زندگی ایک دوڑ ہے تو سانس پھولے گی ضرور

یا بدل مفہوم اس کا یا پھر فریاد نہ کر

To change its meaning we have to get up, get going and DO IT .... hurdles are too many ..... the biggest of them all 'being contended on STATUS QUE' ..... we Demand Change, Dig Ditches to Stall it and Raise Victory Cries when It Falls in the Furrow .......  HAVING DEFEATED THE CHANGE WE START CRAVING FOR 'THE CHANGE' ALL OVER AGAIN ..... thus the RACE GOES ON.

سرِ محفل مجھ ہی سے پردہ کرنا تھا تجھے ظالم

پھر اس پر یہ قیامت، غیر کے دامن سے منہ ڈھانپا 

Karachi-Rangers-Provincial and Federal Governments .....

چورو جڑ جاو۔۔۔۔ سادھو جاگ جاو۔۔

سمٹ جائیں سبھی جو فاصلے ہیں

اگر دیوار دولت کی گرا دو

Another abduction, yet another rape and usual silence of death ....

حالِ دل تو کھل چکا اِس شہر میں ہر شخص پر

لیکن تم اس شہر میں کچھ بے خبر بھی دیکھنا

Death anniversary of a بینظیر woman ... and yes she was true to her name .... in many ways, father, husband and political legacy ...... corrupt like all but brilliant and miles ahead of her nemesis .... and what a pity? She was proud to be called as CHAIN OF THE FEDERATION and her party shrinks to few rural districts of Sindh ....

عالم میں جس کی دھوم تھی اس شاہکار پر

دیمک نے لکھے جو تبصرے وہ بھی ذرا دیکھ

مجھے ہے دل سے بھروسہ آپؐ کی شفاعت پر

بلا سے آج ہی یومُ القیام ہو جاے

 

طلب نہ باغِ ارم کی نہ خواہشِ جنت

عطا مجھے درِ خیر الانامؐؐ ہو جاے
