SALAM ! Just few more minutes and 2014 shall be 'HISTORY' leaving behind کہیں خوشی کہیں غم
Trail of Terror, Tyranny, Turmoil and Toil.
Legacy of Struggle, Steadfastness and Sincerity of Purpose.
Streaks of Indifference, Intransigence and Ineptness.
Whatever had to happen, happened .... BUT IT IS READY TO BREATH ITS LAST .... SO LONG 2014. May we find the faculties to look back, infer, learn and rectify.
I WELCOME 2015 with this prayer :
ِربِ یَسِر و لا تُعَسِر و تَمِم بالخَیر و بِکَ نَستَعِینُ یا فتاحُ یا فتاحُ یا فتاحُ
May Allah Karim's Blessings be the yield of every one. May Peace, Prosperity and Protection be the reward. May Piety, Patience and Promise be our resolve. AAMEEN.
We must, however, understand (as someone said) :
The world is a wonderfully weird place,
Consensual reality is significantly flawed,
No Institution can be trusted,
Certainty is a mirage,
SECURITY IS A DELUSION,
And the tyranny of the dull mind ever threatens,
BUT OUR LIVES ARE NOT LIMITED AS WE THINK THEY ARE,
ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE,
LAUGHTER IS HOLIER THAN PIETY,
FREEDOM IS SWEETER THAN FAME,
AND IN THE END IT IS LOVE AND LOVE ALONE THAT REALLY MATTERS.
...... SO LETS MAKE 'LOVE' THE RESOLUTION OF 2015.

نتیجہ پھر وہی ھو گا
سنا ھے سال بدلے گا
پرندے پھر وہی ھوں گے
شکاری جال بدلے گا
بدلنا ھے تو دل بدلو
بدلتے کیوں ھو ہندسے کو
مہینے پھر وہی ھوں گے
وہی حاکم، وہی غربت
وہی قاتل، وہی غاصب
بتاو کتنے سالوں میں
ھمارا حال بدلے گا؟
