پھر شروع ہوتا ہے سفر ۔۔۔اللہ کریم بارِ امانت اٹھانے کی توفیق عطا فرماے۔ 

آج قومی اسمبلی میں نئے الیکٹڈ/سلیکٹڈ قومی نمائندوں نےحلف اٹھا لیا ہے  وفاداری کا، صداقت کا، امانت کا، دیانت کا ۔ اللہ کریم کو گواہ بناتے ہوے۔ ۔۔

دعا ہے کہ اُن کا حلف “اقرار باللسان اور تصدیق بالقلب” کا ایسا عملی نمونہ بنے کہ یہاں بھی سرخروی ان کا مقدر ٹہرے اور وہاں دایاں ہاتھ اس کا مکلف ہو۔ 

اللہ کریم کرے کہ نیا پارلیمانی سفر قوم کے لئے، کامیابی، ترقی، خوشحالی  اور عدل و انصاف کا بابِ زریں وا کرے۔ آمین

May they all take time to REFLECT UPON the following Hadith ...By all I mean, The Members, The Voters, The Adjudicators, The Selectors and Selectees (Reserves), and the CONDUCTORS/SUPERVISORS

اک نگاہِ شوق و عبرت مگر اس تنبیہ پر بھی ضروری ہے 

وہ جو قوم کی نمائندگی کے مستحق ٹہرے

وہ جن کی راے انھیں یہاں تک لے کر آئ

وہ جنہوں نے انہیں جانچا، ناپا اور پورا پایا

وہ مخصوص سیٹوں پر سلیکٹ ہونے والے اور ان کو سلیکٹ کرنے والے

وہ ادارے جو اس سارے عمل کی نگرانی و شفافیت و تکمیل کے ذمہ دار و حصہ دار تھے

سب کے لئے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔





حضور رسالتِ مآب صلیّ اللّٰہ علیہ وسلّم نے ارشاد فرمایا :

اِذَا وُسِّدَا لاَمرُ اِلیٰ غَیرِ اَھلِہِ فَانتَظِرِالسَّاعَۂ ۔

جب کوی معاملہ منصب یا ذمہ داری ایسے آدمی کے حوالے کیا جاے، جو اُس کا اہل نہ ہو، تو پھر قیامت کا انتظار کر ۔۔۔

When you have someone incapable made responsible for jobs he/she never deserved .... THEN WAIT FOR 'QAYAMAT' .....



دلی دعا ہے کہ سب بذریعہِ عمل اہل گردانے اور مانے جائیں۔

Salam and Duaien ...

Friends, 71 years have passed since that memorable day ... 11 Aug 1947 ... Just to refresh, I went through the inaugural speech of Quaid-e-Azam, to the Constituent Assembly. I request each one of you to do that ... 

Shall copy here just few observations and 'TO BE DONE' instructions of the Quaid:-
"You will no doubt agree with me that the first duty of a government is TO MAINTAIN LAW AND ORDER, so that the LIFE, PROPERTY and RELIGIOUS BELIEFS of its subjects are FULLY PROTECTED BY THE STATE. 
The second thing ------ IS BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION. That really is a poison. We must put that down with an iron hand ------- 
BLACK-MARKETING ---- I think they ought to be very severely punished ...
The next thing that strikes me is ---- THE EVIL OF NEPOTISM AND JOBBERY. I want to make it quite clear that I shall never tolerate any kind of jobbery, nepotism or any any influence directly or indirectly brought to bear upon me." 
On this 11th Day of Aug 2018, where do we stand in the light of aforementioned points?  ... Failure interspersed with occasional Brilliance ... 

11 Aug 47 had VICTORY, HOPE, JUBILATION, WIIL TO DO, SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT, UNITY, FAITH AND DISCIPLINE ...

Today too we have HOPE  ... WE CAN HAVE ALL ... IF WE EMULATE ...


We must remember that Life is a bumpy journey ---- PEAKS and VALLEYS always there. 'Blessings in Abundance' are packed in its Right Pocket by the Creator, and in its Left, we accumulate Miseries through our Exploits ---- Blessings must get the due GRATITUDE and Miseries be reflected upon for the FRESH START ...

'Past be in the Present' as a Launchpad . . . 

WE MUST,

Look Inward . . . Take Stock . . . Rubbish the DENIAL . . . Repent and Resolve . . . DIRTY DEEDS ... NO INDULGENCE in Future . . .

Go to the Drawing Board . . . Chalk out a NEW COURSE . . . Loaded with the FAIR-PLAY . . . Run the Course as it must be . . . Carve out the Victory . . .

Do we Have it? . . . Can we climb the Mountain? 

WE CAN, WE MUST, WE SHALL IN SHA ALLAH ...

Resolve and Strength of Character,  Costly Commodities Off-Course . . . but ... have been around since the time, MAN CAME INTO BEING ...

Salam o Dua ...

Friends, Life is an unending School where first lesson was delivered in the Invisible World on یومِ الست and probably the bell may sound, after the result is announced on the Day of Resurrection at میدانِ حشر ... 

Learning process is sustained and so is the requirement of being in the company of learned men  ... In a meeting today, one came across a learned man of many dimensions ... call him Shah Sahib ... After a round of discussion, he summarised the emerging lesson in two words, 'KNOW THYSELF' ... The Flashback took us way back to the forecourt  of the Temple of Roman and Greed god of knowledge, truth, healing and many more attributes ... APPOLO. 

Shah Sahib said the attribute 'KNOW THYSELF' can turn the ordinary man into a Sage ... 

شاید اسی لئے حضرتِ علامہ رح پکار اٹھے تھے:۔

اپنے من میں ڈوب کر پا جا سراغِ زندگی
تُو اگر میرا نہیں بنتا، نہ بن، اپنا تو بن


There are intertwined paths to 'BE THERE', as described by the men of wisdom:-
Devotion to - and Love of ... God.
Persistent attainment of Knowledge.
Reflection, تقوی and ذہد (Respect of God and Control of Mind/Heart).
صداقت and امانت - TRUTH, TRUST and Diligence in Life, Work and Duty.
Successful is the man (here and hereafter) who can discern between THE ETERNAL  the THE TRANSIENT ... 

Who can distinguish the REAL FROM THE UNREAL. 

Blessed is the man who knows HIS SELF, who know the value of True Love, Loves GOD and everything of GOD ... 

Works selflessly for the welfare of others.

Holy becomes the man who combines THE LOVE OF GOD AND HIS UNIVERSE, KNOWLEDGE, HUMILITY, SELFLESSNESS, PIETY, PURPOSE and GRATITUDE (عشق، علم، حلم،نفیِ نفس،تقوی،مقصود اور شکرانہ) ...

Such beings exude, LIGHT, PURITY AND CALMNESS ... 

کسی بزرگ کے بوسے کی اِک نشانی ہے
ہمارے ماتھے پہ تھوڑی سی روشنی ہے نا


 اپنے آپ کو جاننا والا ہی بصارت اور بصیرت کا متحمل ہو سکتا ہے۔

Salam ...

If I remember correctly, Imran Khan had spontaneously raised the slogan, 'تبدیلی آ نہیں رہی تبدیلی آ گئی ہے', at Minar-e-Pakistan Jalsa of 30 October 2011, which has ever-since become the catchy Strapline of the Party, a la Nike's JUST DO IT ... 

2013 punctured PTI's march but 2018 is a different story altogether ... Imran's victory speech has raised the bar further and THE STRAPLINE echos ever-so vociferously in Planet Pakistan .. 

The Change (TABDEELI) is what Nation is looking AT and FOR ... and ... It doesn't fall in the realm of IMPOSSIBLES ... THE WILL ILLUMINATES THE WAY ... However:
ACTION (only) can make THE STRAPLINE a Reality .... Mere rhetoric won't ...
The Change starts from home ... Exit polls so far are pretty good ... Real Thing  shall, come out after THE POWER & RESPONSIBILITY ...
The Leader will have to 'Have THE EAGLE's EYES', to scan the Panorama in general and Immediate Vicinity in particular ... There are some Time-Tested Inferences ...
A Scavenger will 'do his thing' if the opportunity presents itself  ... and ... A Plunderer shall always endeavour to create the 'Suitable Circumstances' ... 
Someone previously 'Cheating Successfully', will on a second chance, (in all probability) put to use his experience ... and ... Liars off course know well, when To LIE ...
Be aware of 'THE SYCOPHANTS and CHEAP POPULARITY ADDICTS', as for their FILL they can resort to ANYTHING ...

Be The Truth and Stick TO IT ... even ... If it's bargain places The SUN and The Moon in your lap ...

میرے وطن ۔ ۔ ۔

میرے وطن ۔ ۔ ۔

سلام اور دعائیں ۔ ۔ ۔

اگست کا مہینہ، پیارے پاکستان کے ماتھے کا لازوال نگینہ ۔ ۔ کہ اس ماہ میں وجود میں آئ مملکتِ خداداد۔

 عجیب اتفاق ہے کہ سینتالیس کے بعد پہلی دفعہ ایک نئی حکومت ماہِ اگست میں تشکیل پذیر ہو رہی ہے۔ اگرچہ کچھ اور وزراے اعظم نے اگست میں حلف اٹھایا لیکن پرانی انتظامیہ کے تسلسل کے طور پر۔ اس لیئے ربِ ذوالجلال سے دعا ہے کہ وہ اس کو پاکستان کے لئے باعثِ نزولِ رحمت و برکات بناے اور امن و استحکام عطا فرماے، آمین ۔

پاکستان ائر فورس کے شعبہِ ابلاغیات نے کچھ عرصہ پہلے ایک بہت خوبصورت نغمہ، معصوم بچے کی آواز میں کمپوز کروایا:۔

میرے وطن یہ عقیدتیں اور پیار تجھ پر نثار کر دوں

نہ جانے کیا کیف ہے اُن بولوں میں، اِس ساز میں، اُس آواز میں اور سوز میں کہ جب بھی سنا، تو سخت خشکی میں  آنکھوں میں نمی اتر آئ، تر گلا رندھ گیا، سوچ در آئ کہ یہ پاکستان واقعتاہے ہی ایسی نعمتِ یزداں کہ سُنتِ صدیقی پر چلتے ہوے اِس پر سب کچھ نثار کر دیا جاے تو بھی شکرانہ ادا نہ ہو سکے۔

اِس ایک لفظ ’پاکستان‘ کے صدقے میں اللہ کریم نے کیا کچھ نہیں دیا، عزت، آبرو، اقتدار، دھن، حسنِ ظن، نام، نمود۔ کوئ قائدِ اعظم ہوا تو کوئ قائدِ ملت۔ جنہوں نے وردی کو نوکری کے لیئےچنا اُنہیں قوم نے سر آنکھوں پہ بٹھایا، وطن کی خاطر جان دی تو حیاتِ جاوداں عطا کر دی گئی۔ کوئ ایوب ہوا، کوئ ضیا ہوا اور کوئ مشرف ۔جوسیاست میں آے تو کوئ قائدِ عوام ہوا  کوئ کار کرتے کرتے شریفِ پاکستان ہوا، کوئ بار کرتے کرتےزردارِ کارواں ہوا کوئ بال پھینکتے پھینکتے عمراں ہوا۔ لیکن سوال یہ ہے کہ ہم میں سے کسی نے یہ سوچا کہ ہم نے کیا کیا؟ ہم کہاں پہنچے، ہمارا پاکستان کہاں صحرا نوردی کر رہا ہے اور غریب پاکستانی کس حالتِ  زار میں ہیں؟ ستر سال بڑی عمر ہوتی ہے، اب تو پھول ہی پھول ہونے چاہیئے تھے، وطن کو اب کانٹوں سے کیا کام لیکن واے ناکامی ہم ہوے ناکام۔  پروین شاکر کو شاید اس ناکامی کا ادراک اور قلق تھا کہ کہہ گئیں:۔
بوجھ اٹھاے ہوے پھرتی ہے ہمارا اب تک
اے زمیں ماں تری یہ عمر تو آرام کی تھی


کیا ہم بھول گئے ہیں یا ہمیں معلوم ہی نہیں ہے کہ اللہ کریم نے بتلایا ہوا ہے کہ:۔

اور ہر شخص اِس طرح آے گا کہ اُس کے ساتھ ایک لانے والا ہو گا اور ایک گواہی دینے والا ۔ سورہ ق آیت اکیس

اور کیا یہ وقت نہیں ہے کہ ہم اللہ کریم کے فرمانِ حق کی طرف رجوع کریں کیونکہ وہ باری تعالی یاد کروا رہا ہے کہ:۔

کیا اُن لوگوں کے لیئے جو ایمان لاے، وہ وقت نہیں آیا کہ ان کے دل اللہ کی یاد دہانی اور اُس حق کے آگے جھک جائیں، جو نازل ہو چکا ہے۔ سورہ الحدید آیت سولہ

میرے وطن یہ عقیدتیں ۔ ۔ ۔ 

کاش ہم بھی یہ عہد کر لیں، اب سے:۔

پاکستان پہ سب کچھ نثار کریں گے

نہ لوٹیں گے نہ لوٹنے دیں گے

لوٹا ہو واپس لائیں گے

لقمہِ حلال کھائیں گے

جھوٹ بولیں گے نہ خیانت کریں گے

مروت کا التزام ہو گا باہمی احترام ہو گا

مواخات کا دور دورہ ہو گا

خرابات و خرافات سے چھٹکارا ہو گا

اختیار ملا تو تو قانون سب سے پہلے اپنے اوپر، احتساب گھر سے، قربانی خود سے، استثنا کسی کے لیئے بھی نہیں۔

علم، حلم، عزتِ نفس، صحت، عدل وانصاف، چھت، چاردیواری، روزگار سب کے لیے۔

مدینہ ثانی تب بنے گا جب مصطفے صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی سچی پیروی ہو گی۔ نظامِ مصطفے ص کیا ہے؟ ملک اللہ کا تو قانون بھی اللہ کا۔


اللہ کریم توفیق دے۔

Friends, its drawing board time in Pakistan ... Euphoria, Frustration. Meetings, Conferences, Manoeuvres, Oaths, Claims, Promises, Forming up and Turnabouts ... ALL AT THE DISPLAY. 

میرا بے دام مشورہ سب کے لئیے

 کبھی کبھی تنہا چھوڑنا تو حضرتِ علامہ رح نے بھی کہا ہے لیکن اچھا ہے کہ ’دل کے پاس رہے پاسبانِ عقل‘۔
Every day, we go out for a round of Golf. 18 handicappers though we are, yet we have different levels of proficiency. I play the most economical round, Raja from Matore, the Power game and Raja from Gujar Khan, the Thinking Golf ... and that is why after losing first few, he bounces back to end up a winner generally ... Because ....

Golf (AND POLITICS) is a thinking man's game. You can have all the shots in the bag, but if you don't know what to do with them, you've got troubles.

So all those thrown up in the ring by 25 July ... PLAY THE THINKING GAME ... IF YOU WANT TO PRESERVE ...

 سوچنا ضروری ہے ورنہ میر بھی پکار اٹھے تھے :۔

اب کیا کریں کہ آیا آنکھوں میں جی ہمارا
افسوس پہلے ہم نے ٹک سوچ کر نہ دیکھا

ELECTION ... SKEPETICISM ... WINNERS ... LOSERS !

ELECTION ... SKEPETICISM ... WINNERS ... LOSERS !

Salam and Duaien ...

People were skeptical ... There were arguments and counter ... Theories and hypothesis ... Speculations and insinuations ... Delusional talk of conspiracies ... Illusional spread of  rumours ... Will it happen?

Yes it did ... Second successive government completed its tenure ... Constitutional timelines met ... Institutions, despite unnecessary malicious campaign and propaganda, stayed firm ... Scorching heat ... Political polarisation ... Terror Typhoon ... Nothing repeated nothing could deter.

General Elections 2018 took place on the due date ... 25 July 2018 with conspicuous positives:-
Huge turn out.
A new federal party with a promise on the horizon.
PPP, the only federal party of the last five decades showed definite signs of a new lease with its young leader displaying 'pleasant and plenty' maturity and potential during the campaign.
A whole lot of 'bigwigs with a baggage' shown the door. 
 Karachi coming out 'big with a bang'.
 A determined Balochistan with mostly young and vibrant leadership.
The land between Indus and Jehlum stamping the power of the youth while registering its protest  on the 'Slander', loud and clear. 
KPK turned a new leaf in its 'The most politically aware Province' saga.  

All Praises to Allah Karim with Whose (SWT) Blessings, Nation Pakistan,  Judiciary, Armed Forces, Election Commission and other State Machinery made IT POSSIBLE. Bowing in extreme humility to Allah Karim in SHUKRANA ... all deserve a big appreciation.

One was there on the polling day to cast the vote, and with complete responsibility ... One can vouch that 'POLLING PROCESS' was the most transparent, orderly and hassle/obstruction free ... EVER. 

 The political parties, though, have raised lot of queries about the result compilation and SERIOUS INVOLVEMENT ... With due deference to their claims ... My two cents are ... 
If there was a partisan involvement of Conducting/Supervising Institutions in the compilation of results ... 'It was as GOOD as NOT-DONE', for the yield it generated ... BECAUSE ... If at all they had to sacrifice the good name of theirs, they should have ensured THAT THEIR PICK HAD RESOUNDING VICTORY WITH THUMPING TWO THIRD MAJORITY  .. Instead one sees A HANDICAPPED WINNER WHOSE BOTH HANDS ARE TIED BEHIND HIS BACK WITH THE MOST POWERFUL OPPOSITION-EVER BREATHING DOWN HIS THROAT.
So rather jumping to the conclusions let the 'DUE PROCESS' determine whether the noise has substance or  akin to 'انگور کھٹے ہیں'.

Whatever the outcome of the inquiry ... For all the competitors  ... 
The winners, while you rejoice, keep in view that its temporary ... Hard work, diligence and sincerity of purpose can give you a second chance but all must end one day ... AND ... Those who fell short ... While you brood  over the loss, you must not resort to the 'SAMPSON OPTION' ... Instead do some soul searching to find out THE WHY ... and then get going to carve out THE HOW ... Defeats are the prelude to Victories which also must face supersession ultimately.
Following from Sheikh Ibrahim Zauq ...  may not be pertinent to the subject but ........... :
ہو عمرِ خضر بھی، تو ہو معلوم وقتِ مرگ
ہم کیا رہے یہاں، ابھی آے ابھی چلے

ہم سے بھی اِس بساط پہ کم ہوں گے بد قمار
جو چال ہم چلے سو نہایت بری چلے

نازاں نہ ہو خرد پہ، جو ہونا ہے ہو وہی
دانش تری نہ کچھ مری دانش وری چلے

دنیا نے کس کاراہِ فنا میں دیا ہے ساتھ
تم بھی چلے چلو یوں ہی جب تک چلی چلے
Only thing to be remembered by all of us is:

'EVERY THING REVOLVES AROUND PAKISTAN

WE ALL ARE, IF PAKISTAN IS

PAKISTAN IS, IF IT HAS ITS ARMED FORCES ON THE FRONTLINES AND NATION ROCK SOLID ON ITS BACK'

 so

 سدا سلامت پاکستان ۔ تا قیامت پاکستان
