Secretaries get 100 percent raise (BUT THEN THEY DO WHAT IS 'BEST FOR THE BUSINESS').

...... NO PANIC ..... BUDGET COMES EVERY YEAR AND THEN GOES AWAY HURRIEDLY AFTER SOME GOOD SERMONS JUST LIKE BILL CLINTON'S ARRIVAL IN 1999......
