People of Pakistan have become accustomed to be in the labyrinth of miseries, mostly man made .... and seems it so, that they have resigned to fate and lost hope to find the 'WAY OUT'.
People of Pakistan have become accustomed to be in the labyrinth of miseries, mostly man made .... and seems it so, that they have resigned to fate and lost hope to find the 'WAY OUT'.
Nature follows its course as every year Sun enters/exits through the vernal and autumnal equinoxes, signalling the changes in the weather patterns affecting the entire world. People with foresight and WILL TO LIVE plan/prepare and pass through the tribulations generally harmlessly. We are exception; we are drowned in the deluge every year, freeze in the winters and die a death of misery in the summers. Leaders issue statements, promise action and infrastructure and shed proverbial Croc's tears and then get back to their earthly heavens.... story ends there.
Karachi an unfortunate city has been dying through terror, graft, extortion, ethnicity, sectarianism, and NOW THE UNPRECEDENTED HEAT WAVE .... Thousands have died and scores are lined up .... Grave yards have no space and STONE-COLDS are making money for allowing burial ... SHAME.
The calamitous precedence in Pakistan says that NO BODY TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY AND NONE IS EVER HELD RESPONSIBLE .... from Quaid's death on the Roads of Karachi to present KARACHI CARNAGE ...NO BODY.
We are Masters in blame game; Province says K-Elec and Federal Government is .. who counter by calling it FAILURE OF PROVINCIAL ADMIN. Hungry Wolves have been on the rampage ... poor Pakistanis, they deserved and deserve a lot better but THEY ASKED FOR IT .... to be on the mercy of CLIQUE and PACKS who are only interested in themselves and nothing else. Somebody summarised it so beautifully :
Every Clique is a refuge for INCOMPETENCE. It fosters CORRUPTION and DISLOYALTY, it begets COWARDICE, and consequently is a burden upon and a drawback TO THE PROGRESS OF THE COUNTRY. ITS INSTINCTS AND ACTIONS ARE THOSE OF THE PACK.
People of Pakistan ! It is not your lot to keep suffering but it is for you to decide what you want ... here is one from Allah Karim for all of us. WANT A CHANGE IN OUR FORTUNES, WE HAVE TO WORK FOR IT :
إِنَّ اللَّـهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ
Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. AR-RA'D (13) : 11.
.. And for the Rulers, who are, have been or wannabe :
يَا دَاوُودُ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاكَ خَلِيفَةً فِي الْأَرْضِ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ الْهَوَىٰ فَيُضِلَّكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَضِلُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا نَسُوا يَوْمَ الْحِسَابِ
David, We have given you mastery over the land. Judge fairly between people. DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR DESIRES, LEST THEY DIVERT YOU FROM ALLAH'S PATH: those who wander from His path WILL HAVE A SEVERE PUNISHMENT, because they ignore the Day of Reckoning. SAAD (38) : 26.
DO NOT IGNORE THE DAY OF RECKONING ... IT WILL COME, SEVERE PUNISHMENT AWAITS.. AVERSION POSSIBLE ... DO SOMETHING FOR PAKISTAN AND ITS PEOPLE TOO .... AS YOU DO FOR YOURSELVES.
