PEACE WITHIN WORKS WONDERS

All praises for Allah Karim;

Immeasurable Darood-o-Salam on Rasool-Ullah Salalaho Allaihe Wasalam [SAWS], and may blessings and peace be upon his family and his company, and the successors who came after him and the community of those who follow his path – may they be greeted with peace.

Prayers for everyone !

I witnessed something in the morning today - worth sharing:

After my morning prayers I was doing my routine WAZAIFS, sitting in one corner. My wife was laying the breakfast table, lining up the School/College dresses for the children and asking them to have their breakfast, put on dresses and so on. Suddenly she went to the cupboard, found it locked and started searching/asking about the keys; saying that she had placed these on the Dressing Table. Meanwhile my young son Omar walked in. Mother asked him about the keys, he answered in negative but volunteered to look for those and started going into other room. Mother asked him why he was going that side? He said "to bring my Hummer (His toy jeep)". He got to his Toy, produced the engine starting sound from his mouth and went towards Dressing Table, still producing the sound as the vehicle is on the move. Came back within no time with keys in his hands saying "Ammi Ji ye lain - (here are keys). Where were these? On the Dressing Table; pat came the reply from Omar still running his Hummer and enjoying.

A little thought on the entire episode yielded:

When we are preoccupied, when we lose control of ourselves and when our thoughts wander away due to any reason, we tend to lose sight of even those things which stand right infront of us. WE SUFFER FROM THE SAME PHENOMENON IN RELATION TO ALLAH KARIM AS WELL. FACT IS AS HE HAS SAID HIMSELF IN QURAN, HE IS NEARER THAN OUR JUGULAR VEIN AND OMNIPRESENT, BUT WE STILL (GENERALLY) FAIL TO NOTICE HIS PRESENCE, BECAUSE OUR INVOLVEMENT AND THOUGHTS (MOSTLY) ARE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
