PEACE OF MIND AND SOUL IS THE GATEWAY TO HAPPINESS

All praises for Allah Karim; Immeasurable Darood-o-Salam on Rasool-Ullah Salalaho Allaihe Wasalam [SAWS].

The very first Mathnvi of Maulana Rome says that Flute does not make music; it is the voice of her yearning to be united with its Root and she clamors for Peace and Happiness. Happiness is not an individual matter, it is the product of true submission to Allah Karim and is compounded by the relief and happiness of others. When we are at Peace with Allah and ourselves, we will be able to bring relief and smile to others and in the process not only they benefit, we do too.

The deepest happiness one can have is to be contended and doing the things as Allah wants us to do. It also comes from the capacity to help relieve the suffering of others. If we have Peace of Mind and Soul, we will have the habit of sharing it with others. Nothing compels us but the joy of being at Peace with one's self and providing relief and happiness to others is special; one has to ask and see those who are Allah Conscious and indulge in sharing the Peace and Happiness with others. Sharing the afflictions, removing the worries, listening to someone's cravings and being there with others at the time when they need us is the biggest source of Peace of Mind and Soul and the foundation of all happiness. 

Once we attain that standard of Submission, Contentment and our Mind and Soul is at Peace, we can be grateful beings whatever the circumstances confronting us. Our Special relation with our Creator, Our whole hearted obedience to His Messenger/s and adherence to His Message is the key to Peace of Mind and Soul and true Happiness is the product thereof.
