The warrior always manages to balance Rigour and Mercy. To attain his dream he needs to have a strong will – as well as an immense capacity of self-surrender.

Although he has an objective, the road to reach it is not always the one he imagines, so he has to use discipline and compassion. God never abandons  – but the designs of Providence are unfathomable.

So, for the warrior nothing is abstract. Everything is concrete and everything concerns him.

Some of his companions spend their lives criticizing the lack of options or commenting on the decisions of others. The warrior, however, turns his thoughts into action.

Sometimes he makes mistakes, and pays the price of his error. Other times he strays from the path and wastes a lot of time getting back to the original destination.

But a warrior does not become distracted, because he knows what he is looking for.

Acting too soon, or ...... 

Allowing an opportunity to slip too far away.

“I never became involved in anything, without first studying a retreat. 

Conversely, I have never embarked on something and wanted to abandon it immediately,”.

They will sound sincere. They may sound apologetic.

They may come with a reason that sounds plausible or perfectly innocent.

But don't be taken in again, whatever you do.

THEY WILL NOT HAVE CHANGED. THERE IS STILL THE SAME DYSFUNCTION WORKING WITHIN THEM.

THERE IS STILL THE EVIL ATTACHED TO THEM EXACERBATING THEIR DISEASE.

THEY ARE STILL BLAMING YOU FOR WHAT HAPPENED.

THEY ARE STILL BLAMING YOU FOR THEIR BAD BEHAVIOUR.

Underneath the mask they feel they have done nothing wrong.

If you go back you are subjecting yourself to unnecessary dramas.

If you go back you will have to go through another round of devastating heartbreak.

There is nothing surer than this (aside from death).

you have come too far to go back to something so ugly.

YOU HAVE GAINED SO MUCH MORE RESPECT FOR YOURSELF NOW TO PUT YOURSELF THROUGH A MOMENT MORE OF THAT MISERY.

You have learnt so much about yourself and how you want to be treated.

You have a wonderful future ahead of you if you will only close this door for good.

You deserve much better and through the lessons learnt, YOU WILL FIND IT, as long as you remain TRUE TO YOUR CAUSE AND TRUE TO YOURSELF.

■ I walk along the street. There is a hole in the sidewalk. I am distracted, thinking about myself, and fall inside. IT WASN'T MY FAULT, BUT THE ONES WHO DUG THAT HOLE THERE. I feel disgusted, I AM A VICTIM OF THE IRRESPONSIBILITY OF OTHERS.

■ I walk along the street. There is a hole in the sidewalk. I PRETEND I DON'T SEE IT, THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I FALL IN THERE AGAIN. I SHOULD HAVE LEARNT THE LESSON AND SENT SOMEONE TO CLOSE THE HOLE.

■ I walk along the street. There is a hole in the sidewalk. I see it. I KNOW IT IS THERE BECAUSE I FELL IN THERE TWICE. However, I am someone used to always take the same path. Due to that, I fall into the hole for the third time; it’s the habit.

■ I walk along the street. There is a hole in the sidewalk. I WALK AROUND IT.  Soon after I pass the hole, I hear someone yelling — he must have fallen into the hole. The street is closed and I can’t go on.

■ I WALK ALONG THE STREET. THERE IS A HOLE IN THE SIDEWALK. I PUT A FENCE AROUND IT. I CAN GO ON MY WAY AND NO ONE WILL FALL IN THERE AGAIN. 

System was based on the principle of EQUALITY. There was no class difference between the RULERS and the RULED.

Decisions were made after thorough consultation and sound advice.

Everyone had an equal right on the NATIONAL EXCHEQUER (BAIT-UL-MALL).

Rasululah SAWS and the Righteous Caliphs never claimed exemptions from any stipulation of the law or priority over any one ..... AND THE LAW  made no distinctions between the POOR and the RICH, BLACK and the WHITE, LEADER and the LED.

In the presence of Rasululah SAWS, Salman Farsi, Suhaib Rumi and Bilal Habshi RA enjoyed the same status as that of the Nobles of the Qureish and Ansaar RA. 

There was never a PROTOCOL, GUARDS and SECURITY for Rasululah SAWS and the Righteous Caliphs. Rasululah SAWS and his Caliphs would walk through the streets to help the needy, attend the sick and shower love and affection on the down trodden.

MUSLIMS, JEWS, CHRISTIANS AND THE PAGANS, ALL ENJOYED THE FREEDOM OF 'RELIGION OF THEIR CHOICE WITHOUT ANY COERCION', EXPRESSION, AND BUSINESS.
