.......And the eternally grim faced (since his inauguration) Prime Minister breaks the silence on the Floor of the House declaring that "THE LAST DICTATOR OF THE LAND WILL BE TRIED FOR 'HIGH TREASON' UNDER ARTICLE 6 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN." (NOT FOR ACTION OF 12 OCTOBER 1999 BUT OF 3 NOVEMBER 2007).

Just to refresh the Article 6:

6. High treason. 

(1) Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance, the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of HIGH TREASON.

(2) Any person aiding or abetting or collaborating the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason.

3 (2A) An act of high treason mentioned in clause (1) or clause (2) shall not be validated by any court including the Supreme Court and a High Court.

(3) 4[Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] shall by law provide for the punishment of persons found guilty of high treason.

So the Article itself ropes in the "Abettors and Collaborators"....... ?

Limiting it to action of November 3 only, raises questions like :

Vengeance. (PM AND CJ being victims of Accused's actions). 

(It should not be forgotten that “Vengeance, retaliation, retribution, revenge are deceitful brothers; vile, beguiling demons promising justifiable compensation to a pained soul for his losses. Yet in truth they craftily fester away all else of worth remaining.")

Fear and Vulnerability (Skeletons in own cupboard).

Selective justice.

A GOOD PROCESS IS ABOUT TO START.........BUT START IT FROM GHULAM MUHAMMAD, SIKANDAR MIRZA......AND FINISH IT AT PERVEZ MUSHARAF.

FOR ABETTING AND COLLABORATING;

FROM JUSTICE MUNIR TO IRSHAD HASAN KHAN AND THEIR COLLEAGUES WHO INVOKED THE DREADED 'DOCTRINE OF NECESSITY' FOR VALIDATING THE ACTIONS OF USURPERS.

FROM ZAB TO MNS TO JAMALI, SHUJJAT AND SHAUKAT AZIZ INCLUDING ALL OTHER POLITICAL STALWARTS WHO MADE THEIR CAREERS AND FORTUNES UNDER THESE DICTATORS........CALLING THEM 'DADAY', BEING NAMED AS 'SPIRITUAL PRODIGIOUS SON' AND PROCLAIMING TO GET THEM ELECTED PRESIDENT 'TEN TIMES IN UNIFORM.' 

NO BODY FROM EITHER SIDE SHOULD GO OVERBOARD.....RESTRAINT, CAUTION AND PRUDENCE MUST BE THE ORDER OF THE DAY. 

LET ME FINISH BY QUOTING FROM THE FACE BOOK STATUS OF A FRIEND:

"DON'T DO SOMETHING PERMANENTLY STUPID BECAUSE YOU ARE TEMPORARILY UPSET."

LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST.......I RECOMMEND TO PLACE DUSTBINS ANNOTATED BY THE FACES OF ALL THOSE WHO EVER ACTED, CONNIVED OR COLLABORATED AGAINST "PAKISTAN" IN ANY MANNER........LET THE POOR AND HELPLESS OF THIS COUNTRY SPIT ON THOSE AND DUMP THE REFUSE IN THEM....... FORGET ABOUT ANY OTHER ACTION.
