Salam and Duaien !

Thrift shops are suddenly in business again ... Old clothes changing hands ... seems new season so old seeds finding new gardeners ... but back to our subject ......

Most people have a low-capacity memory chip especially our BRILLIANT LEADERSHIP ... where a Companion can turn into a Nemesis in a flash and a Foe can become a Pal in a jiffy ...(because it is always 'need and opportunity' based) easily forgiven and forgotten ..... NOTHING WRONG ...
We all must forgive people because harboring toxic feelings inside is a recipe for disaster. But TO FORGIVE, does not mean TO FORGET. If you forget that you differed on principles and they yelled loudly inappropriate phrases in public for you and what you stand for .... and shall do so again if 'the prospects' so demanded, then you will be the loser. 

So :

Do FORGIVE without FORGETTING ..... 

..... THAT ....

PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE AS OFTEN AS WE WOULD LIKE TO THINK.

Friends few days ago there was a Big Bash at Riyadh .... President Trump and his (scarf/abaya-less) wife Blessed the Road Runners from the Muslim World .... A lot is being said, written and commented upon about the event ... anything more wouldn't add anything .... an Indian Channel .. a Pakistani Newsman's description and the live telecast are enough   ...  

Then why WRITE THIS ???? I just stumbled upon an article written an year ago by Mr. Imran N. Hosein  ' THE TURKISH COUP: FOR RUSSIA FROM TURKEY WITH ENOUGH LOVE TO LAST UNTIL THE GREAT WAR' .... 

There is a strikingly clear description in the conclusion of the article ... that little portion is shared here with the friends ...

The concluding remarks by the author are ... (worth a read more than once) :
Today it seems that they (Turks) are the only people who have the potential to do it.
The Arabs have disintegrated.
The Indian Subcontinentals were never leaders of the Ummah in any case. Just local despots who had no global impact.
The encouraging thing was that even the opposition, including Kurdish leaders, came out in support of Erdogan.
The Western media campaign is seeking to malign him once again by talking about his so-called autocratic nature because he stands up to them. He is the only one who threw off the IMF yoke. And forced Israel to allow aid into Gaza.
The Ottomans first beat the hell out of Europe and then ruled it for 400 years and left an indelible mark. That is what the white man can't stomach. So they hate him. They want lackeys who make sujood (i.e., prostrate) to them instead of to Allah?.

God Father, Mafia and the Masses; all are the subject of discussion, post the historic verdict ...دولت کے انبار اور جرم کا اتحاد has been well explained ... where do the masses fit in? 

Do they have some RIGHTS? Yes they have as per the Constitution ... but does the State ensure that their RIGHTS are protected? 

Isn't it insulting to 98 percent that they are taken for granted?? 

Don't believe it? 

See the ads and the abs, speeches and screams ... THERE ARE NO LOSERS .... except the masses who are made to dance on masters' tunes ... 

About the Verdict ... what the Media is saying reminds of BBC's erstwhile 'Mind Your Language' Program where the game of Cricket is being explained to a foreigner; on which the pupil remarks,
'Yes I have understood, WHEN THE PLAYERS ARE IN, THEY ARE REALLY NOT IN ... THEY ARE OUT ... and... WHEN THEY ARE OUT ON THE GROUND, THEY ARE REALLY NOT OUT BUT IN'. 

So the Media is saying..WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 'SAFE' WAS  REALLY NOT SAFE.

Same thing is being said about the DAWN LEAKS Report ... Someone flying off with Protocol and Brief Case... scapegoats many .. Real culprits wrapped in the .. D o N.

Till when this Nation will be dealt, the way it is? DON'T THE MASSES HAVE ANY RIGHTS? WILL THEY EVER HAVE THE ACCESS TO THE TRUTH? WILL THEY EVER MATTER TO ANYONE WHO IS SOMEONE?

Are they the property of 'PITY THE NATION' Freaks? Animals are ...
Animals are considered as property ..... the animals are without protection. The law regards them not substantively. They have no RIGHTS ... it seems that 'THE ANIMALS' have all the RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES and no one else ... irrespective, whether there  is the DARK SUNSHINE or the GLITTERING DARKNESS.

'THE VERDICT', AFTERMATH and THE FOREGROUND !

Judges have spoken ... strictly my opinion ... THERE IS HOPE ... 


Because if 40 percent in every field Shun the Inhibitions, Overcome the Fear and Forget about any Favour... TRUTH SHALL SURVIVE and ultimately PREVAIL. 

JITs though have a dismal record and despicable contributions by majority of the ON-BOARDERS ... YET ... 40 percent (likely) sided with the TRUTH ... sole reason that most of the Reports haven't seen the SUN LIGHT so far ... ONE DAY THESE SHALL ... کبھی تو بادل چھٹیں گے . ... 

The proposed JIT may not be any different yet at least 40 percent (most likely) shall keep the flag fluttering.. BECAUSE .... 
(A JUDICIAL COMMISSION WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION THOUGH)..
• 'The Evidence' not accepted by the full bench cannot be accepted by JIT..
• Anything which was not presented 'there' will be a result of definite forgery if presented 'here'.
Looking ahead while glancing back .. PANAMA has displayed a real Resilience .. there were Delays, Deliberations, Decoys and Desertions ... Machinations, Medical conditions, Meetings and Moorings .... Speeches on the FLOORS, Streets, Screens and the Seminars ..... 

IT REFUSED TO GO AWAY .... and .....
AIN'T GOING AWAY AT ALL.. JIT or COMMISSION or lot of commission..
PRETENSES, AMBITIONS, CONFUSION and CONCERNS aside ...

Panama-1 ended yesterday ... opening the avenue to Panama-2.

Decision is spread over 549 pages ... but opening paragraph is EXTRA-ORDINARY ... VERY MEANINGFUL QUOTE FROM 'THE GOD FATHER' .... Honourables could also have quoted from very clear Islamic Injunctions and 'A SPECIFIC' from Hazrat ALI RA ...

Everybody is claiming victory .... STRICTLY IN MY OPINION it is a MORAL VICTORY for all PAKISTANIS who abhor CORRUPTION and DISHONESTY..... at least the BANNER HAS BEEN HOISTED.

Division and Decision by two senior most Judges (would be CJPs) says clearly that NOT PRESENTING THE TRUTH or HIDING IT ON PURPOSE is DISHONESTY ... others though in sync have opted for more investigation...... .......................(DIVISION CAN HAVE TELLING EFFECTS ... IN ONE CASE IT CAN BE A KILLER ... AND IN ANOTHER A SAVIOR)...

People are showing DERISION on JIT because past record is dismal ... unfortunately the rule of business since 80s has been BUY and if not possible then BULLDOZE and if both not possible then ARCHIVE ... so the DERISION is natural ..... But may be ... IT CAN BE .... different.. meager but still CAN BE ..

Early in the morning Fajar Time, our one of a kind son said "Going to Masjid for Namaz .. Love you Ammi Baba" ..

Yes LOVE LOVE LOVE all the way ... it is THE CONQUEROR.. has no bounds .. ITS PHENOMENAL ...

As per its different definitions, it's a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection:-
PARENTS LOVE CHILDREN ... CHILDREN LOVE PARENTS ...
Pleasure ... LOVED GTG AT KALAR KAHAR ..
It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment. Love can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection ..
THE UNSELFISH LOYAL AND BENEVOLENT CONCERN FOR THE GOOD OF ANOTHER ...
It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or anything else.
ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO START ..
 
LETS DO IT THIS VERY MOMENT ...
 
NO PUTTING OFF ..

As for Children ...
'Love your children with all your hearts ..
Love them enough to discipline them before it is too late. ...
Praise them for important things, even if you have to stretch them a bit.

سیرتِ نبی صلی اللہ علیہِ وسلم سے ایک صفحہ !

انصاف ’تب‘ اور انصاف ’اب‘ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔

قانونِ اللہ کریم میں سزا اور جزا کا چولی دامن کا ساتھ ہے ۔ ۔ عدل کے تمام تقاضوں پر اترتا ہوا انصاف اور اُس کی مکمل عمل داری اُس کا طرہِ امتیاز ۔ ۔ ۔

سخت قحط سالی کے زمانے میں ایک صحابی عباد بن شرجیل رض نے ایک باغ سے خوشہ توڑا، خود کھایا اور باقی گھر والوں کے لیے کپڑے میں باندھ لیا ۔ ۔ اتنے میں باغ کے مالک آ پہنچے، پکڑا، مارا اور رسولُ اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی عدالت مین پیش کر دیا ۔۔ ۔ ۔ کیس کی ’سماعت‘ کے بعد بجاے چور کے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مدعی سے پوچھا :

"یہ تو ان پڑھ اور مفلس ہے آپ نے اس کے اندھیرے اور بھوک کو دور کرنے میں کتنا حصہ ڈالا؟"

پھر فیصلہ سنایا ۔ ۔ ۔ 

اُن کا کپڑا اور مال واپس دلوایا ۔ ۔ ۔
اور ایک اونٹ کے وزن کا غلہ اُن کے گھر بھجوایا ۔ ۔ ۔

یاد رکھنے کی بات یہ ہے کہ انہی منصفِ عظیم نےبغیروجہ کے چوری کی مرتکب ہونے والی ایک امیرعورت کے لیے آی ہوی سفارش یہ کہہ کر رد فرما دی تھی کہ اگر میری بیٹی بھی یہ جرم کرے گی تو یہی سزا پاے گی ۔ ۔ ۔ سبحان اللہ

معلوم ہوا کہ انصافِ دینِ الہی کسی کا چہرا، کسی کا شجرہِ نسب یا کسی کا اشارہِ ابرونہیں دیکھتا، نہ ملاقاتوں کا اثر لیتا ہے نہ کالوں سے متاثرہوتا ہے، نہ دولت پہ بکتا ہے نہ جاہ و حشمت کے آگے جھکتا ہے۔۔۔ بالاتری یا کم تری ایک ہی باٹ میں تلتی ہے۔

"یہ ’تب‘ ہوتا تھا اور ایمان و صدقِ نیت ہو تو ’اب‘ بھی ہو سکتا ہے ۔۔۔۔

لیکن ’اب‘ کیا ہوتا ہے ؟؟؟

غریب مرنے کے اٹھارہ سال بعد پھانسی کی سزا سے بری ہوتا ہے ۔ ۔ ۔ روز مرتا ہے اور روز لٹتا ہے ۔ ۔ ۔
اوردوسری طرف ۔ ۔ ۔

اربوں کھربوں لوٹ کر کھا لیے جائیں ۔ ۔ ۔
 
عزتیں روز تار تار ہوں ۔ ۔ ۔
بستیوں کی بستیاں اُجاڑ دی جایئں ۔ ۔ ۔
بھرے بازاروں، چوکوں، عبادت گاہوں، درس گاہوں میں سینکڑوں بے گناہوں لاچاروں کو بھون دیا جاے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔

قانون بے چارہ،
دانتوں میں انگلی دباے،
شرم سے سر جھکاے،
بے بسی سے منہ لٹکاے ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ 

با اثر مجرموں سے پوچھتا ہے ۔ ۔ ۔ "بتا تیری رضا کیا ہے"
