WA LA TAFFARAQU - 5

All praises for Allah Karim; Immeasurable Darood-o-Salam on Rasool-Ullah Salalaho Allaihe Wasalam [SAWS].
Prayers for all.
[Turn, then, away from all that is false,] turning unto Allah {alone}, and remain conscious of Him: and be constant in prayers, and be not among those who ascribe divinity to aught beside Allah, [or] AMONG THOSE WHO HAVE BROKEN THE UNITY OF THEIR FAITH AND HAVE BECOME SECTS, EACH GROUP DELIGHTING IN BUT THEY THEMSELVES HOLD. AR-ROOM (30) : 31-32.
Continuing on the traits of Mutaqeen (God conscious):
21.     Those who bear witness to the truth in all equity; and never let hatred of any one lead them to do injustice. (AL-MA'IDAH [5] : 8).
22.     Those who do not touch the substance of Orphans - save to improve it until they come of age. (AL-AN'AM [6] :152).
23.     Those who in their dealings give full measure and weight with equity.  (AL-AN'AM [6] :152).
24.     Those who when they voice their opinion remain just even though it be against their near of kin.  (AL-AN'AM [6] :152).
All those who possess and practice these traits are on a path which leads straight to Allah. (AL-AN'AM [6] :153).

May we all be on the straight path. Aameen.

All praises for Allah Karim; Immeasurable Darood-o-Salam on Rasool-Ullah Salalaho Allaihe Wasalam [SAWS].
Prayers for all.
Starting with the Name and Command of Allahu Ta'ala:
In matters of faith,  He has established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah - the which We have sent by revelation to you [O Muhammad SAWS] - and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: Namely, that you should remain steadfast in religion, and make no divisions therein: to those who worship other things than Allah, hard is the (way) to which you call them. Allah chooses to Himself those whom He pleases, and guides to Himself those who turn (to Him). ASH-SHURA (42) : 13.
And now lets see few more traits of Mutaqeen as outlined in Sura AL-IMRAN (3) Aayas 133-136.
15.     They vie with one another to attain their Sustainer's forgiveness.
16.     They spend in Allah's way in times of plenty or hardship.
17.     They hold in check their anger.
18.     They Pardon their fellow-men knowing that Allah loves the doers of good.
19.     They remember and pray to Allah after committing a shameful deed/sin; seeking His forgiveness.
20.     They do not persist in doing whatever [wrong] they may have done.
Allah Karim Promises Forgiveness and Paradise to all who manifest these traits.

May Allah make/raise us amongst the Mutaqeen. Aameen.

A TALE OF DIMINISHED WISDOM

مولا کریم ہمیں سوچنے اور سمجھنے والا بنا دے - آمین
All praises for Allah Karim; Infinite Darood-o-Salam on Rasool-Ullah Salalaho Allaihe Wasalam [SAWS].
But those who break the Covenant of Allah, after having plighted their word thereto, and cut asunder those things which Allah has commanded to be joined, and work mischief in the land;- on them is the curse; for them is the terrible home. AL-RA'AD (13)  : 25.
حرمتِ مصطفےٰ پر جان، مال، ماں باپ،اولاد اور ساری کائنات قربان
Please join me in condemning the blasphemous movie, its conceiver, production team, exhibitor and everyone associated with it. 

I have two interesting comments to share, one on my previous post 'WA LA TAFFARAQU - 3' by Saqib Awan:
An excellent and thought provoking piece of wisdom.Please also pen your thoughts about "MUSLIMS"from Pakistan behaving on the roads for the last two days. Is it in line with the teaching of Hazrat Muhammad SAW? Allah aap Ko asanian bantnay ki taufiq atta farmaiy.
The second is an in-circulation SMS:
Who needs Prithvi, Brahmus and Agni Missiles or nuclear weapons. Just make a stupid 13 minutes movie and the Pakistanis will burn their own country into ashes. (Comment by an Indian Net Surfer).
I had gone to PM Secretariat to attend Yoem-E-Ishqe Rasul SAWS Conference. The substance of PM's speech and the fact that he delivered it with his HEART & SOUL in it made it a very genuine message -  expressing the true sentiments of Muslims to all responsible and fair people of the world. The speech made a passionate appeal for stopping such horrendous acts of 'TERRORISM' highlighting the need for an enactment to prosecute the offenders citing example of existence of actionable provisions regarding HOLOCAUST infringements. 

But that ended inside the Auditorium; outside a tale of diminished wisdom was being written by directionless mob as the leadership (political and religious) was hibernating in their cozy environs. Deprivation and illiteracy have inculcated suicidal streaks in our nation. What we did in one day; our enemies would have taken years to accomplish that - loss of hundreds of precious lives and destruction of public/private property worth billions of Rupees.
کبھی اے نوجواں مسلِم تدبر بھی کیا تو نے؟
وہ کیا گردوں تھا تو جس کا ھے اِک ٹوٹا ھوا تارا
Terry the Terrorist and his cohorts must be laughing and planning for yet another sinister episode of this kind.

For Terry the Terrorist and his followers Allah Karim has Pronounced in Quran:
The Jews say: "Allah's hand is tied up." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for the (blasphemy) they utter. Nay, both His hands are widely outstretched: He giveth and spendeth (of His bounty) as He pleaseth. But the revelation that cometh to thee from Allah increaseth in most of them their obstinate rebellion and blasphemy. Amongst them we have placed enmity and hatred till the Day of Judgment. Every time they kindle the fire of war, Allah doth extinguish it; but they (ever) strive to do mischief on earth. And Allah loveth not those who do mischief. AL-MA'IDAH (5) : 64. {THE UNDERLINED PART OF AYAT IS EQUALLY APPLICABLE TO MUSLIMS}.   
What demonstrating youth did on 21 September 2012 was not as per the Seerah and teachings of Prophet SAWS. The only message it sent to the world was that we have reached to our level of incompetence, ignorance and foolishness. That our education system (religious/contemporary) has a void of about 500 years because the Muslim Spain fell in 1590 and with that fell our education system. That we have a critical dearth of leadership at the National/ Ummah level. That we do not indulge in study/evaluation whatsoever so our evolution has stopped. That we are not true to ourselves, our faith, our Prophet SAWS and above all to Allahu Ta'ala. And that it is high time that we heed to the warning given to us by Allah Karim:
.............whereas you stand in need [of Allah}; and if you turn away from him, He will cause other people to take your place, and they will not be like you.

Prayers for all.

Third Part of the series is presented below - but before that just like the previous posts lets start with a Quranic Injunction on the subject:
And be not like those who have drawn apart from one another and have taken to conflicting views after all evidence of the truth has come unto them: for these it is for whom tremendous suffering is in store. AL-IM'RAN (3) : 105.
 Few more traits of Mutaqeen are:
11.     They believe in the law of retribution {QISAS} because in Qisas there is life for people. AL-BAQRA (2) : 179.
12.     They bequest (WASI'AT) {when approaching death} in favor of parents and [other] near of kin in accordance with what is fair. AL-BAQRA (2) : 180.
13.     They Fast in the month of Ramadan (unless sick or have some other valid reason as given in the Book). AL-BAQRA (2) : 183.
14.     They provide maintenance to their divorced women. AL-BAQRA (2) : 241.
May Allah make/raise us amongst the Mutaqeen. Aameen.

I am disturbed, hurt and perplexed. Allah Karim Orders me through Quran-e-Majeed that I (Muslims) should not degrade even the false gods of others. What others do is desecrate on a daily basis my Prophet Salalaho Allaihe Wasalam (SAWS), my book - Quran-e-Majeed and my religion -  Islam.

Once I do sth wrong to others my country and my religion are blamed. When others do wrong to me and my religion 'it is their individual act' their country, government and religion have absolute immunity.

When I talk against the Zionist barbarism against the hapless Palestinian, I am termed as anti-Semitic and I must stand trial. When a Jew desecrates my Prophet SAWS he is utilizing his right of independence of thought and expression.

If I as a Muslim religious scholar say or do sth which hurts the feeling of others I am termed as TERRORIST and I must be extradited to GITMO or eliminated where ever I am. When the "MORON PRIEST" does his dirty immoral stuff against me, his country's Administration has no control over him.

If I am killed in Sabra, Shatila, Gaza, Chechnya, Bosnia, Burma, Iraq, Afghanistan or anywhere on the Globe no body is to be blamed or prosecuted. If others are killed accidentally my country is responsible for that and I must be executed.

ھے جرمِ ضعیفئ کی سزا مرگِ مفاجات

When will the West and World realize that they deliberately produce the hate material to take hate to another level and then they become the most civilized. WHERE IS THE CONSCIOUS OF THE WORLD AND SO CALLED WORLD BODIES?

As regards the Muslim World Rulers, Lesser said better it is:

Prayers for all. All praises for Allah Rahman Who is Cherisher and Sustainer of all the worlds and Who provided guidance to the mankind for success here and hereafter.

Innumerable Darood-o-Salam on Muhammad Salalaho Allaihe Wasalam [SAWS] through whom the final Message from Allah has been received.

Huge gratitude to all who have read, liked, commented and shared the first Post. Lets then proceed straight to the characteristics of 'Mutaqeen' from where we had left off; while acknowledging the enormous warning from Allahu Ta'ala:- 
Verily. as for those who have broken the unity of their faith and HAVE BECOME SECTS - You {Prophet SAWS} have nothing to do with them. Behold, their case rests with Allah: and in time He will make them understand what they were doing. AL-AN'AM (6) : 159.
In Sura Al-Baqarah (2) Ayat 177 Allah Karim while describing Mutaqeen Says - that true piety does not consist in turning your faces towards east or the west but pious and Mutaqee are those:-
6.    Who believe in Allah, the Last Day, the Angels, the Revelation and all the Prophets of Allah.
7.     Who spend their substance - however much they themselves cherish it - upon their near of kin, and the orphans, and the needy, and the wayfarers, and the beggars and for freeing the human beings from bondage.
8.     Who pray (Salat) and render the purifying dues (Zakat).
9.     Who keep their promises.
10.    Who are patient in misfortune and hardship and in time of peril.

May Allah make/raise us amongst the Mutaqeen. Aameen.

Prayers for all. May we become Muslims as Allah Wants us to be. Aameen.
Allah Says in Quran "And Hold fast, all together, unto the bond with Allah, and do not draw apart from one another...... "AL-IMRAN (3) : 103.
Islamic history tells us that there were no Sects in the early days of Islam (better part of the first two centuries). There were differences of opinion alright; in fact three battles were fought but still there were no Sects. Battle of Jaml was battle of opinion {IJTIHAD}, battle of Siffin was ON POWER and Nehrwan on REBELLION.

Study of Quran reveals only two types of human beings; those who are on the straight path [SIRAT-E-MUSTAQIM] and those who have gone astray. Allah Says that Quran is guidance - but only for those who are Allah-Conscious {MUTAQEEN} meaning thereby that Mutaqeen are the people on Sirat-e-Mustaqim. Sura AL-BAQRA (2) starts with the declaration that there is no doubt in the Book which is guidance for the Mutaqeen, and who are they? Their traits are found throughout THE BOOK which we shall go through InshAllah in this series; and see that there is no sectarian stamp on any one of those. So lets start and see who are Mutaqeen?
1.     Who believe in [the existence of] that which is beyond the reach of human perception.
2.        Those who are constant in prayer.
3.        Those who spend out of what Allah has provided for them as sustenance.
4.     Those who believe in that which has been bestowed from on high upon the Prophet Mohammad Salalaho Allaiehe Wasalam and on the Prophets preceding him.
5.        Those who in their innermost are certain of the life hereafter.
All those who believe/do what is appended above are the guided ones and shall attain to a happy state as promised by Allah, so why kill each other? just be Mutaqi and be amongst those who will be in a happy state (Muflehoon).

May Allah make/raise us amongst the Mutaqeen. Aameen

Prayers and good wishes for all.

Today is 6 September - 6 September 1965 was the day when Pakistanis as a NATION went to war. We commemorate this day as Defense Day of Pakistan. A little dive in the past brings out the young little kid in me who was then in first decade of his life. Young I might have been but the memories are fresh and vivid. Blackouts, elders' assembly near the only Radio Set of entire village, (while news-casting) the thunderous voice of late Shakil Ahmed and melodious rendition of Anwar Behzad, Stories of heroics of Pakistan Armed Forces and a rock like Nation from hillocks of Chitagong to the ridges of Landi Kotal standing solidly behind them. Emotions ran high, everybody was fighting some with their lives at stake and others with their belongings. There was no fear of life or losses, only driving force was to fight, live and die for Pakistan. I remember the folk songs of elderly ladies of the village on the beats of the Drum.                                                                   صدر اجوبہ ٹوپی نال ستارے نی ۔ پچھاں نہ ھٹیں اساں بچے وطن توں وارے نی

47 years down the lane I am looking at a different Pakistan; where is that Jazba and Junoon of 1965? We are fragmented as a Nation, one half is not there and remaining is being targeted by very own people on behest of same enemies who have still not forgotten 6 September 1965. Have we forgotten the age old adage United We Stand, divided we perish.
