Just saw a viral video on FB where a strange looking character is
treating people spiritually .... His method is SLAP THE MEN .... HUG THE
WOMAN ..... and he is surrounded by hundreds .... STUPIDITY RULES ...
I have the book تصوف اور شریعت based on teachings of Hazrat Mujaddad
Alaf Sani opened before me ... while defining Tassawaf (page 107) ... it
says :
جو بات سب سے زیادہ نمایاں ہوکر سامنے آتی ہے، وہ یہ ہے کہ
تصوف کا تعلق اصلا انسان کے داخل سے ہے ، نا کہ خارج سے۔ اس کا مقصد صبر،
توکل اور اخلاص جیسے فضائل، خوف، خشیئت اور محبت جیسی کیفیات، دنیا سے بے
نیازی، خاموشی اور خلوت نشینی جیسے رحجانات، فقر و فاقہ، عبادت و شب بیداری
اور ذکر و فکر جیسے اعمال پیدا کرنا ہے تاکہ روح میں مطلوبہ صفات پیدا ہو
سکیں۔

The most conspicuous inference is that TASSAWAF relates to the INNER
SELF and not to the outer world. It aims to develop the faculties of
PATIENCE, TRUST IN ALLAH and SINCERITY OF PURPOSE. It bids to create the
milieus of LOVE, FEAR OF GOD AND REAL RESPECT. It coaxes its adherent
to SHUN THE WORLDLY LUSTS, crave SOLITUDE and RETICENCE. It inculcates
the habits of EATING LESS, PRAYING MORE and SUSTAINED REMEMBRANCE OF
ALLAH ....... so that the SOUL (روح) is enshrined with the requisite
traits and virtues.
.... But unfortunately characters like the
one mentioned above are making the mockery of a highly sacred and
revered discipline......
Will the Government and genuine bastions
of LIGHT AND GUIDANCE make a sincere effort to bring the looters and
impersonators to Book???

CAN SOMEONE UNDERTAKE THE ENORMOUS TASK OF MAKING OUR ROADS 'BEGGAR
